As a top luxury hotel brand, The Ritz-Carlton seeks to provide travel inspiration and showcase the beauty of their hotel destinations to their 950k+ followers across Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

Personal Responsibilities:

  • Composed all Instagram content (including copy and image selection) and occasionally assisted with Twitter content

  • Led all community management on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter

  • Gathered and interacted with user-generated content through the use of a branded hashtag, “#RCMemories”

  • Assisted with event coverage on social channels

  • Managed communications between the brand and 90+ associated properties

  • Collaborated on social strategies and influencer campaigns

  • Organized, flagged, and recorded negative social posts and comments during crisis situations

  • Composed the brand’s top 15 most engaged Instagram posts of all time

 The Stay Campaign

Objective: Generate excitement and awareness on social platforms for the lead up and launch of five short films shot in Ritz-Carlton hotels around the world.

Implementation: We promoted each film with multiple posts on Instagram, Instagram Stories, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and LinkedIn, teasing different pieces of the films’ production on different channels at different times. In over 6 months, we devoted over 160 social posts to The Stay across the 6 channels.


Results:

  • 28 million impressions

  • 6 million engagements

  • 10 million video plays
